Our solutions are currently being used by some of the world’s largest CPGs. Based in Latin America, we are expanding into the United States and are hiring to support operations in that region.

About the position

We are looking for a creative, motivated, proactive person to lead the development and execution of Teamcore’s US marketing strategy. Someone who is analytical, highly detail oriented and has a background in digital marketing, branding and events.

The role’s main objectives will be to create awareness of Teamcore within the US market in a way that generates productive sales leads. In order to do this, they will need to translate the requirements of internal and external clients into clear and prioritized deliverables and manage multiple internal and external teams and agencies.

Main task

  • Develop and execute overall US marketing strategy
  • Develop the points of differentiation and value proposition message for the company in the US
  • Create sales script
  • Own media strategy for blog, newsletter, website, etc.
  • Develop and execute paid outbound communication strategy and tactics
  • Generate content for target accounts (ABM)
  • Organization of events and webinars (own and third parties)
  • Development and executing of PR strategy and tactics
  • Development and production of client success stories
  • Manage external agencies as needed (PR, paid, content, etc)
  • Work with the local and global teams
  • Own translation of existing content from Spanish to English as needed
  • Show results aligned to objectives periodically

Profile

  • Significant knowledge of the US retail market
  • Significant experience in Marketing including experience in B2B marketing
  • Has used Hubspot marketing, Linked In ads, Google ads, Twitter and Facebook
  • Has executed events and webinars
  • Is a strategic thinker but also a doer
